AHH, Autumn!

I love Fall. It's my favorite time of year... colors galore in nature, harvest, crisp blue skies, and cool days. And with cool days come fires in the hearth, red wine, and delicious comforting soups.

A few years ago, I started the "Soup of the Month Club" at work. Some of us would take turns making our favorite soup and sharing it with the others for lunch. Rosemary, in her inimitable classy way, even brought dishes and silverware when she served hers to the group. So I'm about to revive this tradition at work offering to make one of my favorite soups, Chicken Corn Chowder, recipe below. Do try it!

P.S. I use frozen corn kernels and fat free milk. Double click on the image so you can read the recipe.

I think you've made this for me before; and I loved it.

I miss you. I just got your emails; I'm praying, praying. Will try to call and leave a message later. Give John our love.
