The History of the Gown:
The “Christening Gown” that was draped over Demitri was made by Great-Grandfather John Rock’s grandmother. It was worn by him and his four siblings; worn by Papa John Rock (Lisa’s Dad) and his four siblings; by John’s siblings’ kids: Cathy's two boys, Billy’s son, and Peter’s two daughters. Today it was "worn" by Demitri (it didn't fit him, thus the draping), the first great-grandchild. After today, it will be officially retired and preserved.
