Special Surprise

This afternoon I received a call from a special friend that we haven't seen or talked to for four years. Irene Boire from Elizabethtown, NY. I met Irene during one of my morning walks in Elizabethtown and we hit it off right away. John and I visited with her when we stayed at Trillium, our special cabin in Elizabethtown, and lost touch after Trillium was sold. We haven't been back for one reason or another, and our busy lives (no excuse) kept us away from our friends in upstate New York. To my great surprise Irene called me today at the office. We'll be seeing her next month as she passes through town and hopefully all of our friends here will get to meet her when we host a wine tasting on September 23rd (more details to follow).
